    The seller listed the item as brand new and included a photo of the item looking sealed. I bought it and when received it was not brand new. I received the cartridge game with a plastic container. I tried multiple times contacting the seller to ask if was brand new. The seller just shipped the item and then had to deal with returns and refunds. It took me around more than a month and a half to get a refund. I don’t recommend trusting this seller with condition and description of items.

    Buyer requested information via messaging and was informed then that the item was not new and shown images of condition. Buyer then received the item in the condition shown and chose to process a return. Instead of sending the item immediately, they waiting several weeks in hopes that they would receive the refund and then be able to keep the item. It is disappointing to have a buyer so obviously abuse the returns process with ill intent. Future Buyers: Please contact us, we respond in one day.

    The seller never responded that the item was not new at all. I messaged them a couple of times, even before they shipped the item. They refused to respond and shipped it. I returned the game immediately after opening a request and did not find any use for these games opened. I was looking for a sealed copy and the seller listed it as Brand New, but was used. I shipped the game back but it was delayed through transit with USPS. I got a refund after more than a month. Not a honest seller.
