    The item was exactly as described; unfortunately, it was damaged during USPS shipping- not what either of us desired or expected. But it was NOT because of the seller's packaging! The seller remained objective and communicated with me throughout the return process. Their empathy and kindness went a long way to make this whole experience bearable. Seller remained continuously friendly and sympathetic resulting in a fair and favorable conclusion. I would definitely purchase from this seller again

    I mistakenly put this feedback on the wrong item. I purchased four Dept 56 buildings and only one of them was damaged, not this one. Seller was commendable!
