    I purchased a used tankless rv water heater and when I installed it it didn’t work. They said the problem was the motherboard in the water heater. They sent me a new motherboard and when I installed it it still didn’t work. They shipped me a replacement water heater that looked brand new. When I installed the new one it worked perfectly. This company has excellent customer support. They answered all of my emails within a few hours. I would definitely recommend this seller.

    Website when I made the choice had an estimated delivery date. Once order was placed all of that changed and it was a week later. I needed it there by the weekend which gave them 4 to 5 days to get to me. They took an additional three or four. I would have ordered the same item from a different store based on the day of arrival. Not happy with the seller at all
