I received the item and my customer decided they no longer wanted to go ahead with the repair. I then sent it back to Glowmac Ltd and they are now saying that I returned them a damaged and used battery and not the original quality which they sent out. When we sent him the evidences (pictures) of the item, he left negative feedback purposely and started blaming us to damage our reputation. All item we sell are brand new and has warranty sticker on it and the item he sent back was used and it did not had our warranty sticker as well.
