  I don't know how he has such positive ratings besides not having problems with shipping his items that often. But buyers, beware if there is an issue. In my 20 years of dealing with eBay, this is the first time I have encountered such an unprofessional individual. The $400 tractor came with a broken wheel due to no padding on the bottom of the box. He was extraordinarily hostile and condescending from the moment I first messaged him. In the end I had to get ebay to help get my money back.
