    The description that was given on this items a little under. Estimated, I received it. And I was surprised that this thing was all but brand new and it worked better than my old one. As far as the missing parts which wasn't a big deal. I just took parts off my old one and put on to this one The Item. was Well, packaged for shipping. I couldn't be any more happier with this item.
