After a couple days of allowing the postal service to look for it was determined to be lost. Seller offer a refund or to send the item again. Second package arrived within 4 days.     The water pump went out 5 days after the return period was over. I contacted the seller asking if they would be willing to accept a return since it was just 5 days over. They responded immediately and were very willing to make it right for me and refunded my money and I didn’t have to bother with returning the faulty one. It was a very smooth process and a very generous solution on the seller’s side to honor a return over the 30 return policy. I would buy from them again.
