    Item was listed as new. But arrived open boxed with unsealed board and re-packaged. When appliance repairman installed he informed me it was defective!!!

    this is a shining example of when you do your job well and no one appreciates it. My dear friend, the box is open because I was repacking the product, the factory packaging is very bad and the product was dangling in the box, that's why I opened everything and added paper inside the box. Also, if something doesn't work, you can always return the product, no need to write 100 exclamation marks to me in a message. You clearly need to see a specialist and work on anger management.
