    The masks arrived sooner than expected. They were priced at half the rate on Amazon, but they sold out before I decided to purchase them. The package was slightly bent due to the postal carrier's effort to fit it into my mailbox. HOWEVER, the seller secured the items with thick cardboard, which prevented the masks from being permanently damaged (thank you!).

    This was an open box. With that comes some risk. As it turned out, there were several non-critical pieces missing from the box, but I was able to make do with spare parts from previous installations. Everything works great and I’m very happy with the purchase. Shipment was fast and problem-free. I would recommend this seller, but would caution about open boxes.

    I ordered 2 of these. One was damaged, and the broken plastic was not in the shipping package which tells me it was packaged damaged. I contacted seller, they just quit responding after telling me it was insured.

    Not a huge issue, but we did not quit responding. The last line of dialogue was us asking if the CD was damaged or still plays properly to determine what the best course of action would be. They never responded to us.
