  Item was better than described. It was complete in at least all major pieces. Didn't count the screws and nuts so it could have been missing some of those but appears to be the correct quantity. Also, shipping was faster than advertised, The listing indicated normal USPS but was sent via FedEx so arrived much faster than I was expecting. Thank you for the great item at a good price.
