  My parcel was delivered and signed for but not to my address. Seller said Royal Mail will contact me which they never did. Opened a case with Royal Mail and they investigated it they said the seller has given the wrong address. Tried to contact seller but no response, now having a nightmare going back and fourth with eBay and royal Mail to try get my 'money back guarantee'
