  Although the oven was not in an original Ninja box (probably in what the seller described as "non-retail packaging"), it was packed very well, is in perfect condition, and appears to be brand new. It arrived more quickly than I had been told that it would, which was a pleasant surprise. I had no need to contact the seller, but I've given 5 starts for "Seller communication" because I appreciated the info they included in the item's Ebay listing. Very good experience. Thank you!

  Seller canceled order with the reason of a problem with the shipping address, yet there is nothing wrong with my address. It is the address where I live and it has a working mailbox where I receive all my mail. I ordered three other books at the same time as this one and there were no problems with those items. Seller could have reached out if they were having issues with shipping on their end, we could have come up with another solution.
