  Does not respond to messages. Attached a request to my offer asking him not to include a part of the listing. Because it was heavy and might cost me extra for postage. He might have not even read it and just accepted the offer. Would not have bought if he responded. He accepted an offer that has a request attached and did not follow it. First time this happened to me. But the item is as described and is still a great value. I just wished he followed through with the packaging

  We shipped the buyer the item they purchased. This is the first time we have gotten negative feedback for doing so. If the buyer requires an adjustment prior to their own international shipping, then they can ask their freight forwarder for assistance. Else, this is a domestic sale with domestic shipping and the wooden box protected the items inside.

  Responds to reviews but not on messages and offers. My request was written well and politely. And I think its only fair to be given a heads up or a reply. Zero issues on the packaging, shipping, and the actual item. Just needs improvement on communication. You weren't able to do what I asked? Its okay, but just say so. Its been 2 months already and this is the only response I got from him; him trying to get my review revised. Would not have written this reviews IF ONLY HE RESPONDS TO MESSAGES.
