  It came exactly as described, however the people who shipped the bike were quite careless, and my box showed up beat up had an 18 inch hole torn in it, and my headset had been flattened because somebody clearly dropped this from at least 2 feet. Happy with the bike, really unhappy with the shipping.

  Shipping was slow. Paid on a Monday and I did not receive tracking until the following Sunday. The item arrived as described. Packaging could have been better, came in a box slightly too small with 2 layers of bubble wrap around it and tons of open volume in the box. This seller would NOT communicate with me, I asked for additional pictures and waited 2 days with no response so I took a risk and bought the thing.
