    This seller tried to sell me a fake BEAUTY PRODUCT. The authentic product is made in Spain, however the packaging had a big sticker on it that said made in China. The scent smelled like rose oil, which if you know this product, it doesn’t smell like literal “rose”. The condition it arrived in was terrible. It came in a bag, which the fake box couldn’t handle and fell apart thru transit. Appearance is so fake. Quality is 0. Horrible communication as well. Not worth time or money.

    When I received the package it sadly was shattered in hundreds of pieces 😪. I'm pretty sure that's due to shipping company. I contacted seller explained what happened & received a response back from seller apologized for problem. I really hope they resend another bottle of exact perfume 🤞. This is NOT a negative review of seller. Hopefully they make it right 😊.

    Overall, at such a great price, I am thrilled about theses lip butters. Only downside was that the boxes were crushed quite a bit. Fortunately the actual product was undamaged so its all good. My package was estimated to arrive anytime between now and next month so I was ready to be patient, but it came definitely sooner than expected :) I am super happy with my purchase and will be shopping again with redbu13 the next time I need some summer fridays!
