That being said, when the reviews of the V12 say it has a small capacity, it is true. We emptied the container 3x for a 9x12 carpet. I don't know if my previous vacuum just didn't suck as well, or that this one requires additional work.

Shipping was quick but for how much the item was marked up, I believe should’ve been shipped for free. I needed the vacuum head otherwise I would’ve waited for it to go back in stock on Dyson for much cheaper. But, this seller did sell me what i needed and shipping was quicker than stated.

Although it was an expensive part, time will tell whether it was a wise purchase or whether I would have been better off purchasing a new vacuum. I am optimistic that it will give me as much service as the original and possibly a lot more.

What I received was far from the condition and not even the same colors as the picture. Response to my complaint was offer of a tiny refund. They did offer to accept return. I declined because it is a headache to repack and ship this item. It does work, but I would never recommend a seller who lies in the listing
