    The pants were marked NEW and they were new. I just received some pants I purchased from another seller that were marked New Without Tags and they sent me used pants. Though I've only made one purchase with this seller, I am pleased with my whole interaction with Red Head Renegade. I hope they get more of these pants in a variety of colors, in that size and at that price point.
