    Not as described. Came in the correct Lenovo box, but the product inside was the chinese version. It is compatible with American laptops, but was missing the 110v cable. When I confronted the seller they were arrogant and accusatory. They only provided the option of a return, and they made it sound like a convoluted mess. You can get the full set (110 and 12v cables) from more reputable sellers.

    Refills arrived in new as advertised condition in original boxes in excellent packaging. They appear (and are marked) original Schmidt manufacture. They function (cycle) perfectly in the pen and write smoothly without skipping. I originally ordered the wrong model which was kindly replaced quickly by the seller to whom I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend seller and will do business with him in the future. A 5+* bailout of my mistake. Thank you Red Jar Sales!
