    Upon receiving “new” item, I found it was used. I did not mind it being used, but could not use item to its full potential. I contacted the seller to question the issue and find a resolution and, without hesitation, was fully refunded. The seller explained the process to acquire items that they sell and it was no fault to their own that they were given a mislead description of the item as well.
