  The appearance was picture perfect. I recommend using 2 ppl to install. Condtion was brand new. My first night sleeping on it wasn't too bad with the head lifted up since I have a bad back. I still have to get used to it, but other than that, no problems at all at a great price/quality. Also, the seller kept me updated about were the package was since it was updating much more slower on my end & on my apps that I have specifically for every company that ships to me.   Fast delivery, item was new, directions for assembly were difficult to follow! But not the sellers fault! Item well built. Would suggest to company a video to assist with assembly.. price was reasonable and free shipping. Hand truck is able to hold up to 1000 lbs.
