  The appearance was picture perfect. I recommend using 2 ppl to install. Condtion was brand new. My first night sleeping on it wasn't too bad with the head lifted up since I have a bad back. I still have to get used to it, but other than that, no problems at all at a great price/quality. Also, the seller kept me updated about were the package was since it was updating much more slower on my end & on my apps that I have specifically for every company that ships to me.
