Thanks for checking out my New EBay shop. I mostly sell hi-end Vacuums & Vacuum Parts. If there is a particular part you need for your vacuum this is the place to come look.     THE SELLER IS GREAT! They do above and beyond for their customers which i love. i asked for a price adjustment and they did it with no hesitation.less than two hours of me ordering I already had a tracking label and it only took three days to arrive, which was two weeks before expected. The packaging was nice and tugged,and the item was as described and better. The value is also incredible. If you’re looking to budget, but get good quality this is the best seller to look for. But in short GREAT!

    The item arrived well-packaged, as described, and at a good price. Tracking was provided within 24 hours, but the package wasn’t handed to FedEx for a week, and arrived several days later than the worst-case estimate. I reached out to the seller for an update but received no response. While I understand delays happen, the lack of communication was frustrating and made me regret not choosing a more reliable seller.

    I wish these buyers would learn the eBay policy. If you don’t like your item, we have free returns. I get charged the labels for the return. Just send the item back. that’s all you have to do. It’s not hard at all and in the last sentence she wrote, she ordered the wrong part for her grill so obviously this is not my fault. This is just a very frustrated buyer who ordered the wrong part And now is mad at himself. And took it out on me great job happy selling.
