I purchased a fly rod from them and since they are most likely not fly fisher people, they did not necessarily understand the complexities of looking over used gear....the subtle significance of the tip top eyelet......now they do... When it arrived it was in an oval and this wouldnt work... They offered to take it back...but i had already shipped to repair...so they offered $30 to help with repair/shipping..communication was great
