  Brand spanking new as advertised/described , order arrived with in the quoted shipping time frame, drop shipped thru Amazon, frames tossed in a box with out any padding what so ever but by some miracle managed to arrive intact with out damage, I personally don't have any complaints with the eBay seller who did everything that was supposed to be done during the ebay transaction/experience with prompt shipping service, so a positive feedback Will be left.   Excellent customer service!!! I never received the purchased item. It was NOT the fault of this eBay seller. I followed shipping tracking all the way to it being declared by USPS to have been delivered to my address. I was home and checked mail within minutes of proclaimed delivery, but it was not there. I attempted to resolve within USPS system, but they pointed the blame incorrectly on this seller. This eBayer corresponded while on vacation to issue me a full refund. I highly recommend!

  Item was drop shipped via Amazon and tracking info supplied was not accurate (fictitious?). I sent a message to the seller questioning the tracking information, but never did hear back from them. I did receive the item in a timely fashion for a reasonable price.
