    The seller lacks integrity and does not follow through with shipping on time, they missed the delivery date by 3-4 day and the product sold to me is defective and he is unwilling to replace the item and make things right. I would suggest buying from a different seller as there are many others that would most likely take care of the problem correctly.

    The drive was brand new and exactly what I wanted. Once I received it, I put it in the server, and it rebuilt the RAID quickly. My only issue was that it took longer to arrive than the estimate. I understand that this is beyond the control of the shipper.
