Upon contacting the seller, we were offered a refund for the price of a new ribbon cartridge without any hassle. No problem there.     Bought a VHS Tape. I’m sure the item was just as described, but it arrived damaged and unplayable. Personally I blame the mail carrier over the shipper, as the way it arrived seems it broke in the package. Luckily I repair tapes, so no harm done necessarily for me. I believe the seller was honest and did their part with care. Would not discourage me from purchasing again in the future if the opportunity came.
