    Though the item was shipped quickly, the artbook arrived bent and damaged due to a lack of cardboard reinforcement and the shipping envelope adhesive stuck to the bottom of the artbook cover. UNACCEPTABLE! The seller did quickly apologize, but all of the damage could have been avoided with some plastic wrap and cardboard.
