  My item shipped very fast, and is just as described. Communication with seller wasn’t the best but the item did come on time and speedy shipping.   Original product was missing an item, contacted seller, received a replacement and return label within 3 days. Extremely impressed with results. Would recommend seller to everyone and would definitely purchase again. Original shipment was delayed 3 days, later found out only UPS driver took days off.

  This mattress is just what I wanted without spending a fortune! I ordered it because it was advertised as extra firm, and it is definitely that!!! This was a no frills/no worries purchase...exactly as it should be, in my opinion! It was packaged well; I believe it was in its original manufacturer packaging, which is always appreciated. Repackaging always seems to not be quite as good!! It was brand new, clean, soft, and arrived early!!! Thanks so much to this seller!!!

  Was a bit disappointed when package arrived. Instead of 2-42 oz. packages I got 2-40 oz. packages. It was clearly stated the packages were 42 oz. and even had photos. Would have been a 5 star transaction if everything was as stated.
