Had a problem with delivery, to my suprise a spin dryer turned up! But after calling, eBay, the couriers, and RENOGY another unit was dispatched and arrived safely. Emails to and from RENOGY were good as they went through the process of trying to find out what had gone wrong. There customer service was excellent!!

The large boxes / packaging (5ft x 3ft solar panels) were in poor shape, scrapes and holes all over..obviously not taken care of during transit. I asked the driver to wait while I inspected the panels, at which point I was completely ignored, he couldn`t get away quickly enough! Renogy Solar UK please note! Sending anything fragile or of any value by the naffest UK courier (YODEL) is not acceptable. High profit item, your customers deserve better.
