  I have ordered two 50w 12v solar panels for my tiny 24v system on my mini van. I got the first one on time, but the second one was missing. I don't know what happened. I messaged Renogy and sent the photos of what I got. The support team acted quickly and replied every message from me. Great customer support. Even though the logistics team was slow to react, I ultimately received the second one 18 days after I placed the order. I am willing to give a 5 star to encourage the customer support.
