They could teach a MASTER CLASS in Customer Service to UPS and eBay, both are completely WORTHLESS! I alerted eBay CC to felonies being committed by their UPS shipping partner with purchases from eBay and I was told “it’s not our problem”! UPS indicated it was delivered when it wasn't. I phoned Renogy and they were responsive, asked for a couple photos of the incorrect package that UPS delivered and are working to replace the wayward package. A+++ Customer service. Thank you
