  I been an EBay customer for almost 29 years. This seller is got to be the worst. Very dishonest seller. Item took a lot a long time to arrive than what they specified. Open package and notice the some pins are bent and connector is missing. When asked seller about the item. The response was rude. He said “open your eyes, connector not included”. I had no choice but to install it. Found the unit defective. Bought a unit from another seller. Cars problem fixed. I wouldn’t not buy from them!!!!

  This is experienced liar with 29 years of experience. He ordered HCU only without control module, without any connector. After 2 months (out of return window) he requested return with false reason (missing something). He lies with every word. "connector was missing but i installed" is false too. He just ordered wrong part, then texted false multiple times to commit false return, with false reason, out of return window. Return declined. Scammer reported with Ebay security. SCAMMER: STEVEN SUN

  This has to be the WORST vendor on EBay. When I purchased this item I was of the impression that it came with the pump as seen in the photograph, however it did not come with the pump. I reached out to the vendor for a refund for the item that I'm ready to ship and was referred to as dumb' in their response. What kind of people does EBay have on this platform? I will NEVER purchase from EBay ever again. There is no customer satisfaction. No provision for a refund less a restocking fee. FRAUD!

  Read the description and check photos prior to order. Ask somebody to help you with your impressions. You ordered and paid for the control module only, no pump included (as described 5 times in the listing, and on the photo). Contact your doctor if you do not understand written text.

  repairs were done and returned promptly, the part works as it should, thank you. However, got an earful from the USPS mail carrier about the return package leaking fluid (in this case, brake fluid) through the box and soiling other packages and mail. The part was only contained in a zip lock bag with two paper towels to absorb fluids. The bag was not strong enough and had ripped and brake fluid leaked out through the carboard USPS box. Shipping issues aside, I would still recommend this vendor.

  Ordered item, not realizing the control module wasn't included. (My fault). Seller reached out prior to shipping to verify if I needed it still. I replied, "no". Seller immediately cancelled and refunded. Great communication and service.
