    We can’t say enough in the way of positives regarding this transaction. Upon receipt of the purchased item, we observed one of the items was damaged, THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE SELLER. The purchase was extremely safely packaged, although at times unexpected damage occurs. We reached out to the seller, who immediately followed up with a new, identical item, responding & remaining gracious, accommodating, and respectful.
