For some reason it was sent back to sender the first time , the seller had contacted me in regards of resending the item , the 2nd time it was send out is was dropped off in front of the door not in my mailbox i'm guessing some mail carriers don't have a master key ....any how the item is of good Shimano quality , good prize , fits my older brake caliper RX100 and pleasant communication from honest seller , Item is brand new in original package .
