Fast shipping - Seller listed as new in open box and did not disclose any damage, but I was not completely satisfied because there is damage to the two smallest guards (It is possible they weren't adequately protected when it was packed) and the reason I even needed a new trimmer was because the two smallest guards in my set are unusable. I won't post neutral or negative because I doubt the seller looked closely enough to see the damage... not intended to deceive a buyer.
