  Item came in excellent like-new condition and as described. Quality of item was excellent. Detailed appearance of house and lights as well as parent with kid was outstanding. Lighted up and made scary noises that were really neat. Packaging with bubble wrap and paper was great to protect items. Shipping speed fast with FedEx Home Delivery.
