    Seller decided it was ok to put my $30 card into a birthday card envelope with no extra protection from bending. Card was be t in shipping process. Seller offered a refund but i decided id rather let others know if you purchase a card from this seller its gonna show up in a birthday card envelope and it wont be cared for once the sale is made. If you want to buy a card make sure it is in a protected case because it wont be shipped properly

    Customer wanted a refund and to keep the card. Sent me a photo of an undamaged card asking for a refund. He opened a return which I approved and then he closed it 5 days later. Card was shipped with two forms of protection and a plastic card sleeve. It’s clear there was nothing wrong with the card or it would have been returned.
