    Exceptionally well packed! Thank you! Audio components usually have problems in transport due to rough handling by shippers. Only thing missed was the transport locking key to secure the optical head during transport. Most owners lose this key. Therefore I was not surprised. Unit is exactly as described and works as expected. Thank you for mentioning the normal wear marks on the case. Thank you for stating the lack of a remote. I have a Sony CDP-C615 and remote controls both players.
