  Product was packaged beautifully, shipping was fast, however the slippers / shoes aredefective. Lots of plastic peices pocking through the soles. I was ably to extract them with pliers but I wish the seller disclosed this in the details. Otherwise fantastic seller and shipper.😊🎉

  Thank you for your purchase. I apologize that this was your experience. I am not exactly sure why it would have a bunch of plastic pieces. They were new in the original unopened plastic bag it came in. Something must have happed during shipment. Sorry if it caused any inconvenience to you. Thanks again!
