    Unfortunately, the item I received had some liquid on the prongs when I opened the box, and one of the prongs showed signs of corrosion, so I returned it. I initially requested an exchange and messaged the seller, but since I didn’t hear back right away, I went ahead and initiated a return. The seller processed the refund smoothly, which I appreciated. And the listing said "new," so I was surprised by the condition; it may be due to long-term storage, but it's something to be aware of.

    As one of the screens from my previous order had come in damaged, I communicated with the seller for a replacement. The seller is easy and swift to communicate with and very understanding of product issues. I received a replacement in no time and this screen works perfectly!
