About us

Our company opened for business in 1957 as a manufacturer of trailer hitches and has grown to become an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Rigid Hitch is a family-owned manufacturer and warehouse distributor of trailer hitches, towing accessories, trailer parts, and truck accessories. Our corporate headquarters and main warehouse are located in Burnsville, Minnesota. We supply products to many businesses throughout the country including auto parts stores, hitch installation & welding shops, auto dealers, rental stores, and directly to consumers.

We are constantly adding new products online to keep up with our customers’ towing needs. After placing your order, our warehouse team does their stuff which lets us get orders shipped out as soon as possible. In most cases orders are shipped the same day they are received. We look forward to helping you find what you need for your towing application!
