    Package arrived disheveled as there was soil everywhere and the plant was exposed and the roots looked dried up. Although I potted it immediately, it had already died during shipping. The root ball was virtually nonexistent, it didn’t have a chance. I contacted the seller requesting a replacement, and they refused to do it. Never buying from them again.

    Buyer could not provide any evidence like picture to show the danage of plant. Mentioned if give replacment before give us the review. It does sound like use replament to exchange an good review. We decided to gave full refund and take the business lost on the plant and the shipment. Buyer didn't have any lost in this transition. Little business can't take the other chance lost in the same customer. hope this make sence. Thank you
