  I received the item but it was the incorrect size. It was marketed as “new with box” but it arrived without a box and there is no tag for me to verify. I reached out to the seller who immediately declined even though the item didn’t match the description. I am a very unhappy customer and will not purchase anything from this seller again!

  Love the shoes! Looked better than pictured but was surprised they were just stuffed into a plasticized envelope with no padding. Luckily, shoes were undamaged. Great value, good shipping time. Thank you!

  Item marked as shipped and label created. Tracking showed never dropped off. After asking for tracking update 11 days after purchase the seller says shipping people lost it or something due to weight. Miraculously....the same 2 items get shipped immediately and they did arrive 20 days after purchase. Items were new, but Boxes were already opened. My gut tells me seller forgot to ship until I contacted him. All is well, but I will not buy from this seller again.

  Shipped pretty fast, and arrived in good condition. Did not arrive in any box or packaging at all, but they didn't get crushed or anything, thankfully. Quality as described, brand new but with minor damage on the Matrix logo on the back of one of the shoes. Still, pretty good value for the money.
