    Pen arrived in new as advertised condition in original boxes in sturdy packaging. Shipping time was very good. Seller was outstandingly helpful and courteous in negotiating final price and I will do business with him in the future. Th e pen is elegantly beautiful, but 1 star off because the feed is slow causing some skips. This was corrected by changing to a wetter ink and applying more pressure. I also have some other things to try to increase the flow. My other Cross pens don't do this.
