Please understand that we are in this as a Hobby although we do the best that we can we are not professional and once in a while will make a mistake. That being said if you are not happy, please reach out and we will do the best that we can to take care of any issues.

The most common issue

* Delivery date- We don't work for USPS and sometimes if we ship Ebay Standard Envelope the tracking is horrible, and shipping has taken anywhere from 3 days to a month. We typically ship the card out the same day or the next morning and rely on USPS to do their part. Please reach out if there is a problem and with ESE we will submit a refund after a month if the item still didn't arrive.
