    I did not received my 2 chia seed orders, I did however received a long slender package which the seller said was sent and delivered, but was cat food, and package does not have a shipping label with name or address. I presumed delivery mistake, took package back to post office send back to sender, but no return address...just a bar code label. Contact seller and explained issue...they refunded me...they were fast in resolving this issue A+++. Sorry for the circumstance, but good communication.

    The seller went out of his way to accoodate me/ I received an email stating that my order had been delivered, but I searched all over and it was not here. I contacted the seller who said he would research the issue by contacting the deliverer. He did so and got back to me the next day and said it had been deliverd to the wrong address and that he would send a new box to me and I would have it within 2-3 days....and I did. Very honest vendor. Thank you.

    The coffee did arrive after a hiccup. I was notified that it had been delivered when it had not been. The seller was great and told me not to worry and it did arrive four days later. So all is well. Still don’t know what happened but there you go. I would buy here again.
