A minute object, which is not apparent from the photos even though sizes stated in one photo but not the description. Queried price and postage and seller quick to respond politely with a reasonable answer. However, in my opinion, though not the seller's fault due to postage costs for tracking, the overall cost is too high. Reasonably, you'd spend more on fuel running around looking for something suitable, but then logic says you'd do while out for groceries. Well, lesson learned.

The cutter is useless for its intended job. Originally I was happy with the customer service but after receiving the and it being useless, I did reach out to the seller and their response was not helpful, no refund and made excuses for the reasons that it is like it is a cutter is supposed to cut. This clearly does not. The description states that it has a sharp edge. This has no sharp edge and at $60 plus extra for express shipping the price is exorbitant. Do not recommend.

Thanks for the feedback and the photo. Our cutter is meant for fondant, not thick dough. If we knew this beforehand, we would suggest our product isn't the best fit for you. We made your order a priority, even working late into the night to fulfill it. Improved communication, beyond urgent requests for next-day delivery or immediate refunds, would greatly benefit both of us.
