    Seller sold me a pack of 6 candles. 2 were missing upon delivery. Seller claimed the wrong package was grabbed, but that’s impossible because I received the exact box and items from the photos, minus the two candles. They clearly removed the candles before sending to me. Seller then claimed I would receive a partial refund offer which I never received and kept giving me the runaround. In the end, eBay refunded me in full for the purchase. Avoid this seller at all cost.

    Got it for a good price and seems to work fine so far. Though it only came with one mop and 2 are pictured. The robot won't mop the floors without both. So, I've only been able to test the vaccum setting. I've messaged the seller to notify them and they responded, so they're aware of the situation. I sent a second message asking if they'll send the second mop head but haven't recieved a response to that yet. Will change my review if so.

    Pre-purchase was a good experience, but the 4 units arrived poorly packaged and damaged. They promised bubble wrap and packed tight for no movement, neither was done. Also upon inspection, the units were not the model advertised. After testing, 3 of 4 units failed self test. Seller issued prompt credit for the 3 dead units.
