    My new gaming keyboard showed up in one piece with only a lil rip to the outer box it comes in were the outer box got dinged in shipping cause it was only shipped in a mailing bag instead of an actual shipping box but still no damage to the keyboard itself and still got here quick so still very happy with it and is brand new it’s also very heavy so no cheap construction here well worth the price ,5+++++++ seller and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again if I wanted an extra gaming keyboard thanks

    Keyboard arrived as described, brand new, nicely boxed, fully functional and in perfect condition. The delivery man literally threw the package carelessly onto the concrete, but that isn't the seller's fault and the contents were unharmed. I bought an RK87 tri-mode in 2022 to compliment the Steam Deck's flexibility. It's still perfect after more than 2 years of daily, almost continuous use. Most modular tri-mode TKL-80% mechanical keyboards are twice this price, so I bought another for my lab.

    On January 7, 2025, I purchased two keyboards from this seller. The seller marked the items as shipped and provided a tracking number. However, on January 14, the seller messaged me, requesting that I cancel the order because the items are "out of stock." Since the order is marked as shipped, I cannot cancel it. Now, I must wait until January 29 before I can report the items as not received through eBay to get a refund.
