  The advertised wheel and carriage (pictured) was the appropriate item. The wheel and carriage received was too small and the electrical connectors were of different design. When questioning seller he said he didn't have that part and if he did it would cost about $60. But the web page still advertises the part for less than I paid and there are nine more items (?).The cost of the exercise is at least $13.

  You wrote me after and told me your robot model was a AV1100ARUS. Which is not the wheel your purchased. The wheels for that model sell for $60. We agreed I would offer you a refund. I'm not sure the issue here.

  Was sent the incorrect side wheel (and was not as described) that we ordered but the refund process was smooth and I was refunded the price of the wheel and the shipping and ebay sent me a return shipping label so I m still a happy customer. I first tried to reach seller via email as that was what was indicated on the packing slip but had no response. When I reached out to them through ebay they were very fast to respond. Good customer service.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Never received item and seller denied refund. Ordered item on April 3rd, shows it was never shipped, contacted seller on April 12th where he denied refund in April 14th, it’s now April 21st and item still shows it hasn’t been shipped and still hasn’t arrived so now taking action with eBay. Buyers beware!!
